Passport Office - Delay in issue of Passport.

Hello Sir,

I want to beg that, I had applied for passport on 25 March 2011 at
Lucknow, and my police inquiry is complete and its report had been
send to Passport office at Lucknow on 06.06.2011,My OB No. 1284 as
registered in record at Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow.( Local Police
Intelligence Office )
Till now there is no update on site, i need the passport till 31 July
to register for CFA exam and give it from CFA institute USA, so please
help me to appear in the exam, i will be very thankful for your kind help.
