Naaptol - Defectve Boss e Phone 3300 recieved from Naaptol.com

Respected Sir/Mam,

I have purchased Boss e Phone 3300 mobile through telephone after gone through the advertisement in Hindustan Times of the same. My order number is 371773. The following defects were observed on operating the above said mobile:

(a) Mobile not recharging power or Battery Charger is unserviceable
(b) Horizontal white line on phone display screen
(c) Screen Scrolling is faulty

and also following items were missing inside the box
(a) No operating manual found
(b) No Guarantee/warranty card
(c) No additional Battery

I have called up customer care and I was advised to show the mobile to nearest mobile repair shop for defect rectification and if it is major defect then representative from Naaptol will visit my home and do the needful.
I have already spend Rs. 550/- but mobile is still having problem.

My humble request to naaptol is that please replace my faulty set into new serviceable mobile (Instead of Boss mobile can be changed to NOKIA 5800 mobile) along with missed items mentioned above or else please refund my money

Respected Sir/Mam,
Customer care representative of Naaptol.com has contacted me on my cell and refused to replace my defective mobile.He told that the problem can be rectified by authorised vender and given me vender's address and asked me to send mobile by courier. Sir, I am totally unsatisfied with the system and procedures of Naaptol.com. The following points are mentioned for kind perusal:
• Naaptol has the tendency to misguide the customer by advertising it in popular news papers .
• As per naaptol’s rule for any discrepancies related to the product; it should be informed within 24 hours of receipt of the product. (It is nowhere mentioned or informed to the customer by any means)
• No operating manual is sent with the Mobile package.
• In the case of defective product; there is no privilege to replace it.
• Customer should spend for sending the product by courier for defect rectification to the vender.
• Even if you want to talk to customer care; your call will be charged.
It is therefore humbly requested that please help me towards the replacement/claim of new serviceable mobile set or full refund.
