Naaptol - Defective product (Blackberry Storm 9530) replacement issue for order id 1236178

Dear Sir,

It's almost 3 months since i had booked the handset (Blackberry Storm 9530)for order id: 1236178 from Naaptol and there is no proper response from Naaptol either regarding the handset / any updates.
Though I had waited for 3 months patiently, the seriousness of the same was not understood for the Naaptol People.

Requesting you to treat my order for the handset (Blackberry Storm 9530) as cancelled with immediate effect due to improper service and refund back the money of Rs. 12,199/- (Twelve thousand and one hundred and ninty nine) which i had paid to receive the faulty handset on delivery.
