Deals and You - DEALS AND YOU- ORDER NO 263834 NO REFUND OR PRODUCT GIVEN

Respected Sir,

I have placed an order for 02 mobile phones under the advt and scheme offered by www.dealsandyou.com

Order no: 263834 dated 13.10.2011.

I have still not received the product or refund for this case.

The customer care persons are saying your complaint is registered.

I have again spoken to Gurdeep Singh on 16.12.2011 which was totally helpless and shameless.

He did not help me at all and said do what ever you want to do . You will not get the product or refund.

Kindly help me to get the money back along with the compensation of Rs.5000.00 for all the mental harassment.
