Deals and You - Deals and You - The product is not delivered on 21 days.

An order was placed online @ Deals and You, Order ID: 299203.
Their SLA for the order delivery is 21 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Order was placed on 21st Nov 2011 and today (20th Dec 2011) is the 21st working day but i do not have any details of the order status.

Even the customer care is not able to provide any details of the order.

Please help me in getting the order delivered or the refund processes as soon as possible.
