I AM WORKING AS A ASSISTANT MANAGER IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, SANKARI AND I HAVE TO TAKE CHARGE OF MY DUTIES ON 24.5.2010. ON ANY COST I HAVE TO ARRIVE TO SALEM ON 24.5.2010. I BOUGHT A OPEN TICKET NO.43467311 FROM NELLORE TO SALEM AND BOARDED IN SABARI EXPRESS FROM NELLORE IN SLEEPER CLASS. WHILE TRAVELLING THE TICKET COLLECTOR CAME AND CHECKED THE TICKET AND WITHOUT HEARING ANY OF MY GRIVENCE HE CHARGED RS.350/- VIDE TICKET NO.384235 IN RENIGUNTA, STATING YOU HAVE TO PAY. I PREY YOU SIR,THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE TO TRAVEL TO SALEM BY ANY OTHER TRAIN. I WAS FORCED TO BOARD IN RESERVED COMPARTMENT AND TRAVELLED BY STANDING IN THE TRAIN UPTO SALEM. I AGREE THAT I SHOULD NOT TRAVEL IN RESERVED COACH. I REPRESENTED THE SITUATION TO THE TICKET CHECKER. HE ALLOWED ME TO TRAVEL BY CHARGING. I REQUEST THE RAILWAY AUTHORITIES TO BE SYMPETHETIC IN PASSENGERS AND MAKE THEM TO HAVE A HAPPY TRAVEL. THE TICKET CHECKERS MUST BE HUMANITRAIAN ATTITUTE TO THE PASSENGERS. IF THERE IS ANY POSIBILITY OF REFUNDING THE EXCESS FARE PAID BY ME BY UNDERSTANDING THE CIRCUMSTANCES I EXPLAINED IS APPRECIABLE. EXPECTING YOUR REPLY.
