Indian Railways - deactivation of my IRCTC log in ID

IRCTC log id VENKAT49 deactivated. on request Railways told me to send request from the same mail id which was my emplyer Indian Bank which has been withdrawn and common email id was give for all branches/offices. I retired on 31/8/2009. I tried to register afresh with my Cell No.********25. Sited did not allow stating already registered. As a retiree i can not afford another cell connection more over the no is known to all my contacts. I have sent innumerable emails. Without understanding my inability to send retrieval request from same email id which has been discarded by my previous employer Indian Bank.

Please help me to activate my id VENKAT49

My ID in irctc is de activated with out notice or reason,
Please activate my id immediately or please convey the reason y my id is deacivated.
