I booked train ticket (PNR No: ********70) of Dadar Sawantwadi Train No. 11003 RAJYARANI EXP (date 9.9.11) from Darar to Kudal. I canceled this ticket after preparation of chart and Filed TDR for same on same date as per rule of Railway & following message is sent by IRCTC to me after 3 months sent.

"REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:********70, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : RF/IRCTC/TDR REGRET/7.11.11/CR and the reason being : 2069-CR/60As per chart Passenger has Travelled, The case is repudiated File No :641/Y/49087/11/12/E3 In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at tdrprocess@irctc.co.in or call us on 011-23345900 With regards, TDR TEAM"

This train is normally not checked by Ticket Checker.
& may be Ticket Checker shows that all passenger traveled.

After that I traveled in this train on 29.09.11 from Dadar but that day also train was not checked by Ticket Checker & passenger who always traveled by this train told me that there is no checking in this train and because of that in sleeper class also
many passenger traveling without ticket which cause loss to indian railway.

What we can do if we canceled our ticket after preparation of chart.
always this train is not checked by TC.

Kindly do the needful in this regard & try to refund back our money.

At least in future nobody face such problem if they canceled their ticket after preparation of chart.
