the berth 41 of A3 of 2314DN Sealdah rajdhani express leaving N Delhi on 13.12.09 was crooked in the middle and as such one could not even sit properly leave apart sleeping.The charges were paid for the sleeper berth .The JEI Mr E Mondal. was not even prepared to listen to the problem and had the audacity to say- sit and travel don\'t sleep if you cannot,This is how the Indian railways take passanger to task as it has the MONOPOLY for such services.They keep on claiming that the railwaus are doing their best to enhance the passanger amenities and this is what they get after apying full fare as per their charges.
