Dear Sir,

I had applied for a Credit Card on 13th October 2011 (Application No. 111007862/07 and 88868) through Citibank Sales Executive (Mr. Suresh). I was told that within a week I would get the Card. However after 15 days, I am yet to get the card. On complaining I am told that to send my photograph and Identity Proof to their Chennai address. When I have completed all the formalities, then why I have been asked to send again all the documents.
