Deal At Once (the Company/Firm) appointed some people who call people and ask their Credit Card Details and try to convince that there are schemes like:
Redemption of the Rewards Points of the credit card is replaced by some discount card which will be supplied additionally. But now the earned points will be expired with some gifts.

Then another person calls and takes the credit card details and gives some options about different products to be taken by the Credit Card user as gifts against the Reward Points in the credit cards. He confirms that no charges will be made for the gift. He also tells that when the merchant asks you you just agree with the terms & conditions and amounts asked by the merchant without any enquiry. Though the amount will be asked and the Card Holder agrees with the amount, however, the amount will not be deducted.

Then the merchant (Deals At Once) calls and asks the address details and sells their products

Amount debited in my credit card and also product which they sent only worth Rs.1000 all low quality products.

They doing fraud using name of SBI bank and i believe SBI bank also tieup with that company for some commission.

Regards,
Prem.B

Today, I received a Call somewhat similar to the one's posted here. The call came from the no. +********0867 and initially continued by a lady followed by his Senior Mr. Rahul Saxena providing 4 kinds of benefits in lieu of Rs 7990 whose market value they will convey to be sy rocketing to 50-70 thousand rupees and which has to be paid upfront through your Credit Card. In 10 days you will be in receipt of a Gift Hamper which might be worth Rs 1000/. Nowadays tele-callers from several business(fraudulent) companies have became so smart reaching out to customers with lots of extravaganza at such a minimal cost that you simply fall into their traps .Please do not disclose any personal informations to these marketing geeks by mistake.

The same incident occured to me in the month of february2014. I had lodged several complaints through email to sbi cards consumer care division. In turn sbi had asked me to mark a complaint to the merchant and forward the same to them.I did so. in spite of several mails sent to sbi no action had been taken on amtec engineers. in turn they repeatedly send a system generated message. This clearly shows my personal details had been revealed by SBI credit cards division to Amtec engineers thereby involving in fraudulent activities .
