Deal At Once (the Company/Firm) appointed some people who call people and ask their Credit Card Details and try to convince that there are schemes like:
Redemption of the Rewards Points of the credit card is replaced by some discount card which will be supplied additionally. But now the earned points will be expired with some gifts.
Then another person calls and takes the credit card details and gives some options about different products to be taken by the Credit Card user as gifts against the Reward Points in the credit cards. He confirms that no charges will be made for the gift. He also tells that when the merchant asks you you just agree with the terms & conditions and amounts asked by the merchant without any enquiry. Though the amount will be asked and the Card Holder agrees with the amount, however, the amount will not be deducted.
Then the merchant (Deals At Once) calls and asks the address details and sells their products.
The first two calls are from: +91 11 6570 33 04 , +91 11 6502 05 19
Deals At Once calls from: +91 ********82
Such calls are fraud calls and it has been confirmed by the Credit Card Customer Care Executives.

Why arent the banks taking action against these companies. Because they are benifitting as well.
I was cheated by this company on 29-Aug-2014 the day of Ganesh Chathuri. I have sent 'dealatonce' a warning copying cyber crime department, that I will return back the parcel and they need to pay back my money.. not sure what is going to happen.

I am also a victim of this fraud, and also few of my friends had suffered like this. This is happening on a large scale for past few months. ICICI Bank seems to be reluctant, in spite of the persons involved in the fraud spoofed them as ICICI Bank Executives.
ICICI bank should jump in to action to avoid further such happenings.

Just today a lady calles me.. saying that she's talking from sbi gurgaon branch... and told that u have been rewarded with 7000/- n asked me my atm card no. N full details..
Then after sometimes some random agent called me from deal @once and told me about the gifts n money... that the amt is already been debt. From the a/c . When I shouted abt it.. n told him abt the sbi. Agent call .. them he transferred the call to the previous agent n she told me that.. just say yes with all the inquired questions. It wouldn't be charged so chill... but now I think I've been froud.. !! What should I do.. ???
