Dear sir,

mai pawan pandey janghai jn station pe (Route Allahabad to Bhadohi) 24/11/2010 se 26/11/2010 tak ticket reservation tatkal ke liye 3 din lagatar subah 3.30 se katar me pehla no.rahne ke bavjud mujhe ticket nahi mila,wahi booking staff aur rpf/grp staff ki milibagat ke .karan dalal(local Agent)ko aasani se ticket mil jata hai.

Rpf/Grp wale se aur ticket booking master se virodh jatane ke bavjud koi sunvai nahi hoti hai. jab mai dala (local agents) se jada virodh kiya toh mujhe rpf/grp ke mr.yadav nam ka havaldar mujhe pita aur bhadi gali di bola tera no. hai hi nahi tu katar me jabardasti ghus gaya aur mujhe ticket nahi mila.

aur to aur booking staff pahle se reservation form pocket me lekar aate hai aur pahle usi form ko book karke dalal ko ticket pakda dete hai.boking staff ka koi railway ka dress aur name plate gayab hai.

mujhe hi nahi pata nahi kitne logo ko ish milibhagat aur Dadagiri ka shikar roj hona padta hai.kripya rail prasasan is par gaur karke uchit Action le aur brastachar me lipt shabi logo ke upar Dandatmak Karyawai ki jai Aisi Ummed karta hoon.

I support this complaint.

i riyaz khatri also face the problem on janghai station i wanted ticket from janghai jn to mumbai in Gorakhpur express on dated 1st dec10 when i ask for ticket for above train on dated 29/11/10 the booking master says no room .
then i request pls write no room on booking form he is refused me and not ready to write .
when i leave the counter one person (Agent) meet me & ask to me what i want he sayas pls wait 15-20min.i will give you ticket but Rs.150 is extra charged after 15 min.he brings waiting ticket as on dt.1/12/10

when i asked the again booking master how other person got a ticket on same train he has says "bahas mat karo aur kam karne do"
actully booking staff & Agent is worked combine for earnigs extra money.

so i request railway authority to please prevent like this currptions.
