A parcel was booked on the 2nd of January 2014 from DTDC Courier, Gurgaon center for Patna. It's almost a month now and the courier has not reached to the destination yet. If we contact the Gurgaon center where the parcel was booked, they give us Patna based center's contact no. to inquire about the said consignment. The Patna center says that it has not reached there. The Gurgaon office is not responding responsibly.
A complaint regarding this has been made on the 21st of January 2014 in the Gurgaon office of the courier service and the complaint no. is o2101635. We haven't heard anything from the company even after making the complaint.
No doubt, it's the worst courier company. There is no work culture, no responsibility. Really pathetic, shame!
Whenever I got a delivery from the DTDC, sent by my friends and relatives, I found that it takes at least 4 - 6 weeks to reach me after making 10-15 calls to the service center at Patna. DTDC is really a very slow courier service. Its employees and staffs are irresponsible and insensitive workers.
