Sent a courier(Rakhi) to Bhilai from Bangalore on 13th Aug'13 thru DTDC(Consignment No B02426966).They told it'll take 4 days to reach.When i called on the given no: on the receipt,they gave me madiwala Bangalore no.When i called madiwala office,they gave me Durg no:.Then i called the Durg person on 21st Aug'13.The guy told me it'll be delivered on 24th Aug'13.When i called him on 23rd,he did not pick the call.Today when i called the customer service support, she told me "it's coming back to the origin as they did'nt get the address".Let me mention that i had sent courier many times before to the same address by DTDC.And it had been delivered also.Then howcome they didn't get the address this time.When i called Madiwala office, they just picked the phone and put it.So that when u call next time, it will say "the number is out of order".This type of service they are offering.Its been a very bad experience.
