undersigned have booked railway e-ticket through IRCTC PNR No231-9223382 for the date 18/04/11 and train no.12538in AC 3 tier class.My wife Mrs Ramkumari Pandey having her passport no.H0879085 as ID proof.It is regretted to make you aware that conductor of coach B1 did not allowed my wife to travel in the coach and he sent both passengers in 2nd class sleeper,stating that ID proof is not valid.He did not speak his name while it was asked by my wife ans also he was not having his name strip on his uniform.He sold the both births to the other waiting persons taking bribe from them.
You are requested to look into matter and take strict action against corrupt conductor as my wife suffered a lot due to his unlawful act of corruption and misbehave.The amount paid for ticket may please be returned as my wife could not avail the facility of traveling in AC class.
