Subject: Complaint With Regard To Non-Provision Of Benches For Senior Citizens At Railway Stations.

Respected madam,
Being a Sr. citizen attaining age over 80 years bring to your kind notice about the general view of New Delhi Railway Station.
Like me there are several other Sr. Citizens who visit the said station to catch trains at various platforms to reach their respective destinations.
The pathetic story of Sr. citizens is that there are no separate benches provided by the Railway Administration where they could sit comfortably and they have to stand on their thin legs for long, waiting for boarding their trains and feel awfully exhausted when they find the benches installed at the platforms are generally occupied by youngsters in total disregard of elderly ones.
Under these circumstances, I approach your good self with a request on humanitarian grounds that the matter may kindly be looked into sympathetically by issuing necessary directive to the concerned authorities to ear mark the benches for sitting of Sr. Citizens at each platform keeping in view of their convenience.
Thanking You
Yours Faithfully
