Yesterday I complained regarding Blackberry 8830 world edition purchased by Naaptol on line vide Order no. 2884747
I online, through internet ordered a Black Berry 8830 world edition Mobile Phone from naaptol as in the ADD appeared in Times of India there was claerly mentioned that this phone is double Sim for CDMA and GSM both.
I received the phone on 28 Nov 2011 but there is no software CD, Manual of 8830 Phonel to understand the keys of the phone. Also the Charger of the phone provided is not of the same phone as the Jack of the Charger come with the phone is not proper and it is loose in the charging socket of the Phone.
I immediately, on the same day i.e in the evening of 28.11.11 talked at naaptol care at phone no-********48 to someone as I could not hear/ remember his name perhaps some Mr Mukesh or suresh but to no satisfaction as he tipped me for activation of the phone and not for the solution of my problem, Yesterday I again talked on the same Nuber to Mr Ilyas who assured me to resolve the problem and send the remaining items as briefed above within seven days, the phone is not working i.e my problem has not been resolved yet.
the Blackberry 8830 mobile received on 28th Nov 2011 through naaptol.
.Moreover there are following problems,
1.There is no CD/ software or even specific user manual to understand the keys of the phone.
2.The Jack of the Charger come with the phone is not proper and it is loose in the charging socket of the Phone.
3. The GSM as well CDMA does not work .It was advertised that it is a dual GSM/ CDMA phone.
4. Blackberry services do not work on the phone even on GSM.
5. GPS IS not working
Pls look into the matter and help.
