Southern Railway - Complaint on Misbehaviour of TTE

Hi

Many years of travelling in Train I never experienced or saw a TTE misbehaving so badly with a passenger. I was travelling with my husband and 9 month old son from Trichur to Badagara in Nethravathi Express on 24th May 2010. Since the railway had given an option to travel in Sleeper Class with the Unreserved Sleeper class ticket (till 9 pm) to travel the distance between Trichur to badagara which was 4 1/2 hour journey ( from 3.45 pm to 8.30 pm). We got into a S2 Coach and sat on the seats which were empty. The TTE came and checked our tickets ( which he did as and when he passed through). When we reached the Calicut Station, few passengers got in the train and claimed that we were seated in their places, by this time my son who was just 9 months went to sleep on my lap and i had just put him on the side seat to sleep and informed the passenger that we would get down in the next station ( badagara) for which the passenger agreed. When the TTE came again to check the tickets of the passengers who got in from Calicut, one among the passenger again asked why unreserved ticket people are seated in reserved coach. in order to explain to the passenger about the functioning of the sleeper class unreserved ticket details, the TTE so rudely ordered me to take my son from the seat. I again told him that we woule get down in the next station which is just 30 minutes to reach and my son is sleeping, But the TTE refused to accepted and shouted to take my son and give seats to the passenger. He was behaving so rudely that we were travelling without tickets. I dont know the TTE name but atleast the railway could find out from the train name and travel date which TTE was there in the train in the S2 coach.

hope railway authority takes some action against the TTE because his behaviour had given us mental agony.

We were travelled in Brindavan Express (Train number: 2640) on 5th of December 2010 in D4 Coach. The train TTE is fully dunked and spoken with abusing words with the passengers. He stated to bribe money from some of the people who got in the reservation compartment with the general ticket. I tried to note down his name but he did warred his badge too. Please stop this kind of incidents.
