I'm Kshama Bhargava from Kanpur My order No '
993739' I've complaint for refund my Money.
I'm purchasing VOX DV111 Camrecorder and VOX 307 Qwerity Mobile from-dt.16.11.2010 and i received my prodicts from-29.11.2010. i've paid Rs.4298.00 for cash deleivery.
but my priducts are Damage and i've replaced it so i back to my products from-30.11.2010 through blue dart Courier.
I've not received any Text or Call from Naaptol from last 2 months when i call to your coustmer care number they always missbehaving to me
they not listen my any complaint.
I'm suffering from last Two Months for my Refund money.
So i Requsted to you Please taking action of my Comlaint as soon as posible.
Your coustmer Ex.takeing my A/C number Also but I've cheked my Bank A/C daily there is no money deposite by You.
I'm waiting for your reply.
