I was traveling from Cheoki to Vadodara on19 Dec 10 with third AC ticket. I had reservation from Cheoki to Surat in tapti ganga Exp (2946). I changed train at Surat for Vadodara. I boarded in 12955 Bandra - Jaipur Super fast Exp. I requested conductor Mr Kamlesh Rathore for a seat up to Vadodara. Mr Rathore denied my entry to AC coach where as I learn that seats against Vadodara quota were lying vacant. I noticed that Mr Rathore was confirming Weight listed and RAC tickets with a bribe of Rs. 500 to 800. It was also noticed that attendants in coaches were carrying passengers in their Linen store taking Rs. 200 to 400. The above facts can be verified by making a surprise checks in such trains.
