Nokia India - Complaint against Nokia India for mental agony

I have two Nokia devices.
In warranty Nokia c5-00 case:Nokia shown contrast between the resolution given but actual action taken. I had to tolerate Nokia's rude & impolite chat representatives & during the entire case,I suffered mental agony.

Out of warranty Nokia n81 case:I purchased it 16/9/2008,soon it started to give error for the camera & camera stopped working.It repaired more than 2 times during the warranty period at no cost with each repairing event taking at least 1 month.In September 2010,device again started giving same error & each Nokia care center that I visited has been suggesting cost of rs.5500+ for repairing. That was too much amount for me.In September 2012,I rechecked the cost of repairing at Nokia care center but found same cost.I contacted Nokia via chat to know the reason behind this constant price over 2 years but Nokia representative started behaving rudely & impolitely,insulting me.They alleged that I have 112 purposeless chat sessions & I do time pass by chatting with them.I asked them to prove their serious allegations but not taken that seriously.

On 9/9/2012,I found my Nokia account tampered badly with abusive word at my first & last name.I sent snapshot of tampered account immediately & expressed my doubt on chat representatives as it was happened after above mentioned allegation & debate with chat representative.Initially Nokia agreed on the above after 3 days since event of tampering happened & also committed to update me the software tool used to tamper the account.After that,they took 8 days to investigate but this time refused that such event was happened & not ready to help me in the case further.

In both cases,Nokia took too much time without any reason & always kept me uninformed.My last 4-5 mails & questions I asked through are never answered by them.Commitments of calls never followed.

I am attaching snapshot of the tampered account as a proof.The nokiaindiadigitalmarketing@ovimail.com already asked me details like IMEI of device & I have already provided those. Still there is no positive response from Nokia.
