Kent RO Systems - Complaint against Kent ro

I had purchased a Kent grand plus Serial NO KR121218586 from reliance digital shipra mall indirapuram , ghaziabad on 31st march 2013. vide sale order no 57652399. This machine was not fuctioning since installation by reliance RESQ team. After But the item is not working satisfactorily as promised. Repeated complaints to Kent RO Service centre and Sales centre of reliance digital shipra mall indirapuramhave been useless. However this machine was replaced by new Kent grand plus RO serial NO KR130403713. This machine was also not functioning and reliance RESQ engineers visited number of times but machne didnot function.Service engineer visited so many times but have told that it can't be repaired. Please get it replaced or repaired
