Dear sir,

Our PNR No. is ********00 travelled from Surat on 16 Mar 2010 by the train no .6505. While travelling my ticket was in RAC mode in S 5 seat No. 31, We board train from Surat, in train I requested Surat TC to clear our RAC but TC did not response properly and told there is no vaccancy to clear RAC. But he told me lie as there was vaccancy because he allotted seats to some other passangers those who had RAC and Waiting list tickets, On Vasai Road there was new TC, on request to that TC , he allotted seat from Kalyan to Pune in S-5 Seat No. 55 , Pune to Davangere S-5 Seat No. 39.

I request you to please take a proper action or punish that TC who was on duty from Surat on that time beacuse We had faced so much difficulties due to that TC as we had a child of age 10 months and he did not listen our request. He was in lure of something else. Again I requst you take action so that in future there would not be the same with other passangers,

Please do the needfull.
