This set top box was not in use for 2 months. But validity was there and balance was there also.
I recharged for Rs300 on Sunday (12th Dec). But got error code 6 (recharge) on the TV.
Then called the call center, they give me all kind of trial and error steps, nothing happened.
Then a technical guy came and he could not solve also.
Then when I call center told that local technical guy will work on this and local guy told that call center will do this.
This continued for 3 days.
Then finally local technical guy came and took the set top box on Thursday (16th Dec).
He told that he will return it within 24 hours.
Now it is already more than 5 days, the local guy is giving all kind of excuses.
When I call the call center they are telling that it is only 2 days, it will be done soon. In between they have changed the complaint date from 12th Dec to 16th dec (dont know why). Even in between I got a message that your issue is being resolved.
I never expected such kind of service from airtel (gone for airtel DTH, because has experienced good service with airtel broadband. But this is the worst service I am experiencing.
