Dear Sir,
Yesterday, dated 15/05/2012 my family were travelling by Indore Nagpur Train in AC III tierwith counter booked ticket in which no instruction was printed that during travel original id proof is also required, evenif its counterbooked confirmed ticket.The same instruction was mentioned on some of the passenger tickets.Although my family were having the id in mobile and labtop but still the TT slashed fined of Rs 2270/-9Foll ticket fair + fine).
Please help me out in getting back the amount &let me know :
1.Why the scaned soft copy of id not falid when ticket is confirm.
2.Why not in my tictet instruction to carry id in original in journey was mentioned.If not mentioned & rules are recently reinforced then howcome fined whe n the passsenger is showing soft copy of id.
Help me out in getting the fefund and action to be taken against the concern person.
