Elnathan Technologies - Company is not providing salary

I am working in this company from last three months as a software engineer. They take a security amount at the time of joining of Rs. 27000, and give us joining letter with following information
first months no stipend
second and their month Rs5000 stipend
after it Rs 16000 as salary

but the three months have been passed they don\'t give any stipend or salary and when we asked them about it they provide the next week date. when we asked them to meet with the managing director or the HRs there are no one only seven or eight people comes in the company and all worked as the trainer, administrator and hr.
please give me suggestion about taken legal action against this company as they are spoiling our both time and money from the last three months. I have all the documents related to the joining the draft etc.

Complainant's Goal: I want a legal action against this company and want my money back from them.

put the cheque provided by them in the bank. Collect statement from bank. Then send them the legal notice through bank if their cheque does not cash. Court will give them 15 days time to cash the cheque. If they fail to do so . Then court will take action against them.

I support this complaint.
they are also hiring in other cities also. and the same process is also there. please do something until unless they cheat everyone. they have taken the loyalty amount of rs 38500rs from the starting batches and 27000rs from the new batches. they haven't provided the salary from the month of november. and still they are hiring more and more employees. and taking the loyalty amount. they are going to do a big fraud in the whole country.

I have also been selected by the company and they are also asking for 2500 Rs. as a security deposit .Please let me know whether it is a fraud company or not .
