Indian Railways - Cockroaches in AC compartment in Matsyagandha

Dear Concern,
I would like to bring to your notice that while travelling from Matsyagandha 2169 on my way from Mangalore to Mumbai in 2 tier AC coach the condition of the same was really bad. It was smelling badly and there were cockroaches all over the place.
This is not the first time that i am facing this problem. After paying for AC coach one will not expect such service from the railways.
Would like you to look into this matter and take action on the same as soon as possible.

I totally agree....the condition of the matshyagandha train AC is pathetic.Even i experienced the same issue.There were cockroches all over and it was too disgusting.Also there is poor hygiene.Anybody and everybody gets into the train.the railway seriously has to look into this matter asap.
