Kent RO Systems - chronic problems with Kent RO filter and terrible service quality

we purchased a KENT EXCEL below the counter RO system in September last year. The distributor and the Kent service team struggle to install it for (unit no KRO90352519 KENT EXCEL MINERAL RO) almost 30 days as the system had perpetual leaks. The unit was finally replaced after a month of struggle when i finally escalated the matter to Sangam, their regional manager. The unit has . again been leaking for over a month. We keep calling their Distributor Naveen.

Its frustrating because they do not know what the problem is. Naveen's team and Kent's service manager Harsha visited our site a dozen times, replaced multiple parts but have still not been able to solve the problem. What is especially frustrating is that Sangam, their regional sales manager, does not even anser phone calls.

After a month and a lot of yelling, they replaced the filer unit and motor again this morning. The RO unit now leaks like hell and flooded our kitchen.

Sangam still does not pick up calls or has someone else respond to his cell phone to tell us he is not available ( that is strange that he does not carry his cell).

Out of frustration, I reached out to Mr K S Rao, their VP of Service this morning and Mr Rao promised to call back with a resolution.

I lost confidence in the product and Kent's customer orientation and ability to suppor the product they are selling.

I now want them to take the unit back and give me a refund so i can buy some other solution.

I am also suffering the same till date my complain is not attended. person called and closed the complain never attened

I'm a D.S.D of KENT mineral R.O system. I'm facing some problems from last 6 months. The "sediment filter" and the "corbon filter" are too poor quality and the filters are being blocked. R.O membranes are getting slow or block after 6-8 months .These problems are acquet and customers are giving complain regularly which may be dangerous for our business. So kindly take care of these problems for smooth running of business from your end.
Sir I shall be highly obliged if you be kind enough to consider my prayer.
