Hi,
I have deposited a case of 30000.00 at Madhapur ATM in Hyderabad(GAYATRI MANOR - SER NO 000295) on Feb 03rd 2012. The deposit was made in 1 enveloe only with 1000/- rupees notes.
The deposit of only 27000/- is reflecting in my credit card account so far and 3000 is missing.
I have raised the customer care on Feb 05th 2012, whenever I call to customer care, there are asking me to contact after 3 to 4 days it is still under investigation. Its is too bad against the serious matter of security of the bank like CITI group.
If anyone is aware or has been in this situation, I am seeking out of help in Hyderabad.
