CITIBANK India - Citibank had failed to deliver the service

Hi, My name is Innoso Cutinha and I hold Citibank account from past 8 months. Today I recharged my Airtel mobile using Citibank Online account, my balance has been deducted from my account, but Citibank had failed to deliver the recharge amount. Till now I did not receive any recharge. I already registered my complaint in Citibank online help desk service.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back.

HI,
I applied for Citibank credit card ( application: 130******** )and the document were duly collected by their third party document collection agency and then field rep and did his survey, and then I was told that I will be getting the card after 21 working days and when I call after that time frame i was given a rebuttal to call after 2 days as i was given a follow ref# 596721 and the reason was the there document were yet to be collected..
and when I called again after 3 days I was given another ref# 271918 and was again asked to call after 2 days .. I called after 3 days and again given the same excuse .. when asked for sup the Rep disconnected the call ( rep name# Gopa ).
I have a question to the concerned person that is this the normal way how Citibank works or it it their policy in pissing their customer who is applying for credit card and now i am so sick of there support .. and especially I was promised by a rep that he will be arranging a call back for his manager.. which he failed to do so..
Now I have got a feeling that it they do not have the competencies to execute their job .. and every time i call customer care and being given a follow up reference number and nothing else.. it seems that they are good in creating the references .
All I would like to know that why cant they execute their job and if they cannot then at least they should tell their customer that they are not in a position to do their job so that i would have not wasted my time in applying CITIBANK credit card.
