Hello Citibank,
A very bad customer experience. Please help and request you to look into this.
My name is Sudhanshu and i m from Navi Mumbai.
4-5 times i got a call from third party agents who told they r from citi bank. i am very frustrated by submitting the documents and did not get any respond.. i already did it for 4 times and i got a call from the people who are not from citibank. i also called citibank customer service but getting nothing.
Please look into this and for a resolution. Requesting you Citi bank please do not provide these type of services to third party people . You are loosing your customers.

Hello Prachi,
after waiting for 15 days , i did not get my card yet.
You were calling me 100 times in a day for the documents submission and you were forcing me that it will take only take 3 days.
I was not intrested and also i know nothing will happened. i already did it for 4 times. but i trust you and i did it once again.
i do night shift but every time you disturbed me for the card and application.
i tried calling you multiple times but again that no: is not in Service.
Citibank is a international brand but you people dont understand that. i am very frustrated now and a very bad customer experience.
I am waiting for your call . if possible call me and clear my status in yes or no.
Otherwise i need to go Citibank and complaint all these things to Higher authority. i have all receipts with me.

Did you get any feed back from the bank on your credit card status? I have the same experience and until now i am unable to know whom to reach. These 3rd party fellows are not responding back.
