I got the email from this website for going to draw for a mobile phone. If i lost they will refund the money back.
Now i did not own the mobile so this website has stopped paying money back of 700INR.
if i want to buy any product from that amount So this website is stopping me to buy any thing because they made additional rule like you can not buy the single product from credit.

so these people are cheaters they keep looting the money.
Please help me how to stop such a fraud website.

You must file a case before the Consumer Redressal Forum nearest to
where you reside, send a complain to the I.G Police, Creme and file a complain case before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, near to your place against the C.E.O, of 100bestbuy.comm to take cognizance of the matter and issue warrant against the C.E.O, of 100bestbuy.com.
The total expanse will be only Rs.150/-
