This is in regard to Postpaid Connection in my name Surjeet Sandhu M-********55 .
The bill for Bill Period:28.04.11 to 27.05.11 Bill No. :0123502580 Bill Date:28.05.11.
The charges for this bill period are Rs. 3,760.68.
Further,in this bill an outgoing ISD call with following particulars is reflecting:

Time23:50:35

Duration(min:sec)-24:00
Charges(Rs)-1080
This call has not been made by me and I requested Vodafone representatives to put this call number on Vigilance/Scanner as per undernoted telecon-
1)Telecaon with Sh. Rishab at 14:00hrs on 07/06/2011 vide Interaction Number1********
2)Telecon with Sh. Bhupinder(Floor Supervisor) at 14:05hrs vide interaction number1********.
3) Telecon with Madam Ruchi,Regional Manager,(********1) at 18:43 hrs on 10/06/2011.
I had requested all of them to put the number 232222272256 on Scanner/Vigilance and told that I have not called on this number and so I should not be charged Rs1,080/-
Kindly tell me how to prove my point that I have not called on this number,all I can say is that go for Vigilance Enquiry for this telecall.
Why I should pay Rs1080 for this call when I have not made any call on this number.
Madam Ruchi told that she will go for some action and revert to me soon,but tildate I have not received any communication from Vodafone.
Kindly help me through Consumer Forum.
Vodafone is cheating customers like this.
This is quite unethical practice on part of Vodafone.

Dear sir I trouble to read that you have charged wrong bill by mobile operator Because you have not called on given number.sir here I request please ask from your family members also for this issue Perhaps your family members like children has called on this Number.
