I purchased one touch screen phone (exactly Apple I phone model) through online from Naaptol and paid a sum of Rs. 5000/- as cash on delivery.

The said phone developed various faults within two weeks time of its purchase. I immediately sent an email to them at their customer care cell and I was assured that the said will be replaced immediately and if not replaced within a week time, my money would be sent back to me. I was also asked to courier it back to them which I did immediately But despite passing of more then six months, nothing has happened. Now they do not even attend phone calls. Don't reply to emails. The said phone

Can I get my phone replaced or my money back
