Airtel Digital TV - Cheated by AIRTEL Digital TV on purchase through call center

It was my biggest mistake to purchase airtel digital tv from airtel call center. Currently I am having 2 big issues:
1. I purchased AIRTEL DIGITAL TV(HD) on 29-Sept-2010 with the commitment of installation getting done in 48 Hrs, but I received call on 5th day from the installation team, with the message that I need to bring dish and stb from there office if I want it to be installed that day, later they say in any case I have to do this activity and only then installation will be done. I purchased this online because I donot want to get involved in this messy stuff.
So far I didnt know what next, will they install it or give my money back as every time I call new person picks up and after explaining him I am told to wait for 10 min and they will call be back. But as expected no call received.
2. While purchasing there was some problem with the system and I was charged twice as I have to provide my credential twich as after first transation I was told by agent that it was failed and I have to try again in 15 min. But so far I didnt receive amont back for the duplicate transaction which is Rs.2955. I even dropped mail to [email]digitaltv@airtel.in[/email] as told by call center person.
