On 10.08.2009 between 8:00 - 9:00 P.M. I requested for a withdrawal of Rs.11000/- from HDFC Bank, ATM.

I tried to withdraw money from 2 different location one located in Accenture Servite Pvt. Ltd, Whitefield, Bangalore (ATM No. S1ANBL23) and another located near Relaince Fresh, BEML Layout, Kundanahalli, Bangalore (ATM No. E1AWBG02 & E1AWBG16) in order respectively.
On both places I got message that \"Unable to process Transaction\" or something simillar to that and no transaction slip was generated. But when I checked today, 11th Aug\'09, my money (Rs. 11000/-)was gone from my a/c. I tried to contact my brach but they insisted on having transaction slip. The transaction id for the withdrawn money is 9820.

Please help me getting my money back.
