Respected Sir/Madam,
This complaint is regarding the amount which is not refunded after cancelling the (tatkal) e-ticket, at the time of cancellation status was waiting list 11&12. After cancellation 0(Zero) amount was credit to the account out of 2220. The following are the details of the journey.
