Our phone is dead for the past 20 days. I am calling daily without fail to the local exchange, 1500, 2 times to the divisional engineer, and to 2679666. But no use. No action has been taken till now. We have been fed up with this very much. Since it is a school, and it is the admission time. We have been affected very much due to this. Our landline number is 26663336. And this is not the first time, now for the past 2-3 month the phone becomes dead frequently and it takes a lot of time to repair it. Please do necessary action to keep the phone in condition.

I have BSNL Tel.No.04346-244467 but its not working from 11th Sept.2010. i hv. given complaint to Directly BSNL office BOMMIDI after that given complaint they said, we have taken ur complaint. After that I have followed to sr. engg. on every alternate days but every time they are saying wire fault nobody is there in office to take care the issue now, till now no one was not visited.
Kindly take immediately action or I will look for legal action.
