The BSNL telephones are dead and internet services not working since lasst 02 days in Sector-9 Gurgaon since BSNL cables are cut at various places by Airtel while digging for their cables. They have dug all around in entire sector and when asked for repair they say that they are having any provisions for repair from Airtel side. BSNL is sleeping since they are a govenment organization and they don\'t work over weekend. On Monday I am trying to reach the BSNL but all the phones are switched off. I have about a dozen numbers of various BSLN so called care takers including are manager, JTO and Lineman but none of their phone are operational. Ehwncalled on call center they just logg the complain as in normal routine without listening the severity of the issue after calling again and again, they just say that it will take 48 hrs. My all services are interupted since internat is not working, I am loosing my day\'s work and so many other coimmtments.
