Naaptol had maintain Best Customer Service.......
Hi All,
I purchased Blackberry mobile from Naaptol and I had received it within 8 days at my doorstep.
When I opened it, I haven\'t received Invoice & Manual with product after that I immediately called up to Naaptol Customer Care and the guy informed me that you will get your Manual & Invoice soft copy on my email id within 48 working hrs but I got both soft copy in second day.
Second thing is that I my charger damage in one month again I called to Naaptol Customer care after that they inform me your charger will get within 5 days & my handset is working very well & Its features also wonderful.
My Experiences with Naaptol is very very best..
