Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly note that Udhna Railway Station, it is nearly 5 kms away from Surat (Gujarat) towards Mumbai. There are three ticket booking counters in this station. But most of the time it is crowded with the brokers. I have noticed often that railway staff engaged in making lot of tickets for Brokers. They do accept many forms a broker and book it for them. After lot of time they will take a ticket from a common man. When anybody raise his voice, the staff, CRPF and brokers and its goons will oppose him/her. Sir this is really a helpless situation. They refused to give complaint Book to one of my Friend Mr. Anil Tiwari. Sir everybody knows the staff is being paid heavily by the Brokers and CRPF and other related authorities.

In the above circumstances, I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest.
