This incident describes extreme negligence of customer's interests and torture.
I had applied for Airtel Broadband connection twice in Aug August 2011 but even after putting my best efforts I could not get a connection. Detailed description can be seen in the below correspondence I had with Airtel Country head Ajay Puri. But the worst started after that, I got an Airtel LandlineBroadband Bill after 2 months even without a connection.
Since then it has been cumulative bill every month and various phone calls to harass me for that Bill amount.
I explained entire scenario numerous times to various Airtel executives but no success.
Can you imagine instead of refunding my application amount of 1000 Rs (2 times) Airtel is harassing me with fake bills.

Let me know if you can do something in this matter otherwise I have to take legal route.

Subject: Regarding Broadband connection Issue in Noida, sector 56
 
Hello Mr. Ajai,
I hope you are doing good.
With deep frustration and disappointment i am writing this mail to you.
I have applied for Airtel broadband connection since more than past 2 months and no concrete solution/answer is being provided to me.
 
First i have applied for the connection some 2 months back, an executive came and collected the installation amount 500 Rs. forms, documents and said Installation will be done in 3-4 days.
3-4 days went into weeks and months,the executive stopped picking up my calls and customer care never had a satisfying answer.
Then i went to the Airtel Office in the Sector 57, there i was told that my connection is cancelled due to some technical reasons.
I was shocked as i was never notified about this.
What the technical reason is ?? no-one knows, as no installation engineer ever visited the place.
 
After having some argument Airtel executive let me speak to the Sector 56 Area manager Mr. Amrish Chauhan (Mob: ********19), who promised me that there was some issue and he will recreate my application and made sure that my connection will be installed within 3 working days.
3 working days went into weeks and needless to mention that i keep on calling Mr. Amrish Chauhan (Mob: ********19) countless times and following up.
Finally he said that you have to apply again for the connection with installation amount and the old connection amount will be refunded within 15 days.
 
I the stupid fellow trapped again and applied for the connection with 500 Rs installation charges.
I was promised that the connection will be done in 3 days, on the same fashion days went into weeks, needless to mention that i keep on calling this guyAmrish chauhan (Mob: ********19) and the executive Vivek (Mob: ********34) countless times and following up.
 
Finally i got frustrated and called manager of Amrish, Mr. Manish (MOb: ********02) (So called Nodal Manager) who promised me to get it done in a day or two.
 
After Manish intervention i got a call from the installation department that someone will be visiting the site today. I waited at the specified time but nobody came.
Since then i keep on calling customer care and these guys and i got call from the installation department couple of times regarding the installation but nobody visited the place ever. 
 
Finally the installation guys notified them (Manish and Amrish) that connection is not possible due to some technical reason.
I can bet that nobody ever visited the site and they are just making comments from their AC rooms. 
 
Important to mention that Airtel Broadband connectnion is working fine in the flat just below us.
 
Can you kindly intervene in this matter?
