Dear Admin,

I was using mobile no. ********83 since Dec'12 .The mentioned number was previously from Vodafone and it was converted to Airtel Postpaid as the Airtel Agent (Ph no-- ********23) offer me Postpaid plan with the same number. However, on 10.1.2013 airltel abruptly blocked my number. I came to know from airtel customer care (Sanjiv- ********45) , New Delhi that my number has been cancelled completely for failure of address verification and there is no way to re activate this. They asked me to apply for a new number. Why should I apply for new number. I have used this number for all my official as well as banking purpose. So this scenario creates a big problem. When Airtel offer me this postpaid facility they never told me such inconvenience may occurs in future for verification. As I stay in office from Mon-Friday, so it is not possible for me to stay in home for this verification purpose without prior notification. If they call me earlier then I can stay my home for verification otherwise I always available in weekends.So need your help to solve this problem as soon as possible.
