Name is Vivek Kapoor and corporate mobile number is ********39.i have beem using this number since 2011 almost 2 yrs now.i pay all my billss on time and get an average bill of 700-800 rupees, this month i got a bill of 11000 approx.due to excessive Internet usage .i had opted for a plan of 2 GB and i used around 3 Gb.Vodafone atleast should inform me about limit over or crossing the usage limit.i had a word with retention executive jagjit singh who offered me a waiver of 50% on my bill after confirmeing it from one of your manager.
IS It fair enough to pay 8500 rupees on usage of 2 gb data thats on a speed of a few kbs per second and on 2G not on 3g.if i activate your 3G plan even than the bill should be much below 8 thousand.
vodafone should inform me that i was about to reach the usage limit of 2 GB's that i get on a pack of 98 per month fo internet usage,they did not inform me,however if ai am about to reach my mobile credit limit of 3500 they inform me 2000 times then why not on internet usage, just to loot their customer.
Please help me wioth the adjustment of bill as i really cannot afford to pay this much of bill.please help me for god sake.i dont want to leave vodafone.
this is my 10th mail to vodafone india.
please forward my case to higher authorities like NODAL And APPELLATE Team to think about this issue.
