Hi, I bought Yamaha FZ-S in April 2009 and from the day 1, i am facing the skills and attitude of the persons in Orion Motors.
Initially after 20 days of buying the bike, my bike clutch-plate had broke down!!!....
I put my bike in service centre Orion Motors, opposite to Forum Mall, Bangalore.
They fixed it but given a big scratch on the petrol tank of the bike. After around months of full tension giving conversation with the service centre people, the fuel tank body was changed.
At the time of second servicing, i was shocked to see the rubber band use to tie up the tool kit is not present. That i complaint and they told to put it back on next service time.
Third service given me a big but somewhat expected shock.....!!
I gave my bike for servicing there and told them to tune the leg guard and put back the rubber band...In the mean time i went to my native and told my friend to pick the bike from there...
He went to the service centre and they given the bike without even CLEANING/WASHING the BIKE !!!!!
Also they have not put back the rubber band and even note tuned the leg guard.
In free service too, they are charging the money around 400. I dont think any other bike free service cost the same.
This is absolutely ridiculous and that type of persons are ruining the image of Yamaha Motors.

I support this word for word. And for the rest of you all, 2 things to keep in mind -
A. If you're ready to kick a few people's butts to get your servicing done right, then buy a yamaha
B. If you've been a bajaj bike owner and like their servicing, right from the guy who takes the bike to the guy who delivers it, then DONT buy a yamaha.
C. If you like your issue to remain NOT fixed, PLUS get a big scratch on your bike, ORION motors is the place to go. Generally all of the yamaha service stationers are ill-equipped, but ORION takes the cake.
Nonetheless, yamaha will do good business in the near term, but then once there is a fairly LARGE installed base of really dissatisfied customers - it will start biting.
