BIG Bazaar - Big bazaar-furniture bazaar-furniture not delivered

I have ordered a metallic cot (proton) on 4th July,2010. They told me that the supply is not currently available and mentioned the delivery date on 18th July,2010. I went on 17th July,2010 and was told that since I haven't paid the full amount, I won't be getting it on 18th as mentioned. I made the payment promptly there. But since, I haven't received the delivery. When I am trying to contact them, they are ignoring me. I am on a fix. Please help.
