Naaptol - Best Service

I ordered VOX800 Mobile from Naaptol and i have received it in 6 days as they inform me that will be received within 7-10 working days.But there is one mistake I have found i got mobile without battery.Immediately I called up to Naaptol Customer Care and they informed to me that first you will get callback from Vendor within 48 working hrs but I'm not getting his resolution's what they was saying after second day i got call from one guy.First he had asked me about the issue then I informed him I haven't received battery with product and after that he said to me you will get your missing part within a week.Again I keep quite for one week but thankful to unknown Executive and Naaptol because I got this within 4 days.

Its very very very Quick and Best service provide to me Naaptol again I would like to thank Naaptol and whole team who are connect with Naaptol.My best suggestion is that Deal with only Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. and ignore all comment against Naaptol because I about my experience with Naaptol is very Best customer service and I would like to say that Naaptol is thinking all level people which one I like this service.
