Im Nazim and i purchased VOX 507+ Full Touch Screen Multimedia Mobile + Bluetooth from Naaptol but there is one defect , i have received damage Bluetooth.immediately i called to the Naaptol customer care and they informed me i will get callback from vendor (Alpha Radio) within 48 working hrs , that time i fill like cheated but its best service i got call from alpha radio next day and they was asking me what is your porblem..?
I informed them i got the defective Bluetooth please send me as soon as possible, this guys said me that you will be received in one week but i have received this my Bluetooth within 5 days. and this Bluetooth working well and good and about mobile its features are good and this is fastest online shopping.
To all people purchase from Naaptol and you will get Best and Best service to you its my suggestion to all.
