1. I was travelling by train (#12449, 3AC) with my sister and we were given only one birth for two of us on a 28 hours journey to Delhi. Half of the way conductor constantly have been promising us that soon he will find the solution but in spite of that we ended up sharing one berth. Meanwhile large group of conductors felt comfortably in a first class coach which was empty. We got no concession or refund, of course. Plus there was no water in the toilet almost all the way and garbage with food leftovers filled up the interiors. I wrote a complaint in a complaint book but would be surprised if anybody cares.
2. After two weeks I was travelling by the same train (#12450, 2AC) and the 2AC coach in this train was changed with 3AC. I suppose people book 2AC to get more comfort and they pay for it, but again there were no explanations or regrets. I have written the second complaint but the main problem is that it's impossible to find any responsible person and although customers face direct deceit and disrespect our complaints are likely to remain unheard.
